This place is called Vacant, and we are located in Visakhapatnam-530022. The office is at Flat No-306 on the D-Block of the Vuda Apartments. This is in the MMTC Colony, which is a part of the Seetammadhara area. A.Siddhardha is the name associated with the spot. Being on the third floor of an apartment complex means it feels more like a home than a strict business building. Vuda Apartments are well-known in Vizag, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Seetammadhara is a nice, green part of the city, which makes the commute pleasant. We spend our time in Flat No-306 handling whatever comes our way. The view from the D-Block isn't bad either. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small setup in a residential colony. We don't have fancy lobbies or receptionists. We just answer the phone and do the paperwork. Visakhapatnam is a growing city, but MMTC Colony still feels relatively quiet. We like the pace here. Vacant has been at this address for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. We don't use any polished language or try to sell ourselves. We just provide the address and do the work that needs doing. It’s a practical way to operate out of a flat.
