We operate out of Seethanna Gardensashrya Apartments in Madhavadhara. It’s a quiet spot. People come to us when they are looking for a place to stay or want to sell something. Vasundhara Real Estate Consultancy is basically just a few of us sitting around a table looking at maps and papers. We know the Madhavadhara area inside out because we live nearby. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls. We have a few files and a phone that rings more than it should. Sometimes it's hard to find a good spot for people, but we keep looking. We've helped plenty of neighbors. The apartment office is where we keep all the records. It gets a bit crowded when more than two people visit at once. We don't have a fancy website. Most of our work happens through phone calls and walking around the streets to see what's available. Buying a house is a big deal for anyone, so we just try to be straightforward about what we know. If a place has a leaky roof, we say so. We've been doing this for several years now. It’s mostly about knowing who is moving and who is looking to settle down. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people find a roof over their heads without too much fuss. It isn't always easy work, but we enjoy talking to the different families who come by.
