We’ve been here at 125 Srinivasa Nagar for a while now, just a short walk from the Madhurwada Bridge. The office is pretty basic, just a few desks and some chairs where people sit down to talk about land or houses. Most days start with opening the shutters and getting the dust off the table before the phone starts ringing. Nagaraju Real Estates isn't a big flashy company, it’s mostly just us handling paperwork and showing people around different plots in the neighborhood. We know the streets around here well because we’ve walked them so many times. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the bridge, but you get used to it after a week or two. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just waiting for a client who said they’d show up at two but doesn't get here until four. That’s just how the property business works in this part of town. We keep records of what’s available on paper and in a couple of old files. If someone is looking for a place near Srinivasa Nagar, they usually just drop in because they saw the sign. We don't do much advertising. It’s mostly just word of mouth and people seeing us here every day. We drink a lot of tea while looking over site maps. It’s quiet work most of the time, just checking titles and making sure the boundaries are right for the local plots we manage and sell.
