Elite Properties is based in Siripuram, Visakhapatnam. We are on the first floor of the building at 10-27-14. Our office is right in the Waltair Uplands area, which is a place we know very well. Dealing with property is often a bit complicated because there are so many rules and papers to deal with, but we try to make it easier for people. We aren't a big chain of real estate agents. It is just a small office where we handle buying and selling for local folks. Some days we spend hours just driving around looking at plots or checking out houses that are for sale. Siripuram is always crowded, so it is a good place to be if you want people to notice you. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. It is a lot of phone calls and sometimes things don't work out at the last minute, which is frustrating for everyone. But that is just how the real estate business goes.
