Our office is tucked away in Lalitha Nagar, right in the Akkayyapalem area of Visakhapatnam. If you know where the post office is, we are just a short walk from there. The building is Door No.49-14-10. It’s a busy part of town, so finding parking for the larger vehicles can be a real headache sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly just us keeping track of orders and dealing with the logistics of moving materials across the city. The Vizag humidity is no joke, so we keep the fans running all day long. You can hear the sounds of the street from the windows, bikes zooming past and people chatting at the shops downstairs. We have been at this location for a while, so most of the local tea sellers and shopkeepers recognize our staff. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek corporate look. It’s a practical space where we get things done. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking delivery schedules on the computer. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains heavily, which happens often enough here. We just wait it out and get back to the paperwork. It’s a typical working day for us at Ultratech Cment Limited in this corner of the city. We have a lot of regular customers who just pop in to say hello while they are out running errands.
