Sri Sai Degree College

Down in Narsipatnam, specifically at D No 1-88 in Sardanagar, you will find Sri Sai Degree College. It is a plain-looking building, but it stays busy from morning until late afternoon. Being in the Visakhapatnam district, it gets quite warm, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working in the classrooms. We have a mix of students who come in from the nearby villages. The atmosphere is very local. We do not have a big marketing team or anything polished; it is just us teachers and the office staff trying to keep things running. The hallways are often filled with students waiting between their lectures. Our desks are piled high with forms and exam papers that need sorting. Sardanagar is a decent area, and we are glad to be situated here. Sometimes the street noise from Narsipatnam gets into the rooms, but we just talk a bit louder to compensate. We have a small area where students can sit during their breaks, though it could use some more shade. We handle all the admissions and paperwork ourselves right at the front office. It is a lot of work, but we have been doing it this way for a long time. There is no fancy mission statement on the wall, just the timetable and some old notices for everyone to read.
