N D V is located at D. No 19-253 on Plot No 101 in Saimadhavanagar, which is part of the Naiduthota area here in Visakhapatnam. This place is run by the son of V. Rachayya. It’s a local operation right in the heart of Andhra Pradesh 530047. We don’t have a big corporate office or a lot of staff. It’s mostly just us handling things from this location. The neighborhood of Naiduthota is where we do most of our daily work. It’s a regular residential area, so we know a lot of the people who live nearby. We handle our business in a very straightforward way without any fuss. If you come by Saimadhavanagar, you’ll see that we keep things pretty low-key. We aren't interested in being some huge company. We just want to provide what we do to the local community here in Vizag. Our days are spent dealing with the tasks at hand, whether that’s paperwork or meeting with people who need our help. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the place we live in. We’ve been at this plot for a while and have seen the area grow and change around us. Even with all the new buildings going up, we just keep doing our thing the same way we always have. It’s a quiet life but it suits us just fine. We just take each day as it comes and do the work.
