Manipal Super Speciality Hospital

Our super speciality branch is located at 13-28-11, which is a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't looking closely. Even though the name says "super speciality," we don't let that get to our heads. We’re still just a group of doctors, nurses, and admin staff trying to manage a very busy building. Every day is a bit different here. One day we might be dealing with a lot of surgical cases, and the next it’s mostly people coming in for consultations. The hallways are usually buzzing with activity, and you’ll hear the constant sound of the intercom paging someone. It’s a fast-paced environment, and we do our best to keep up with the demands. We don’t use a lot of fancy language when talking to patients; we just tell them what they need to know in plain English. The wait for the specialist can be a bit long sometimes, which we know can be frustrating for families. We have some benches outside for people to sit and wait when the lobby gets too full. We don't have a big marketing team writing our stories; we just have our daily experiences of helping people get back on their feet. It’s a tough job sometimes, and the hours are long, but this is what we do. We just keep the lights on and the doors open for whoever needs us at 13-28-11. We keep a stash of extra folders and pens at the front desk because they always seem to go missing during the afternoon rush.
