Our location on Waltair Main Road means we are right in the middle of all the action in Ramnagar. The A S Raja Complex is a landmark that most locals know quite well, and we’ve been a part of it for a while now. The hospital doors open early, and by the time the sun is up, there is already a lot of foot traffic in the corridors. It is a mix of all kinds of people, some coming in for scheduled visits and others just here to check on their relatives. We have a set routine, but no two days ever feel exactly the same. The staff here doesn’t wear anything fancy; they just wear practical clothes because they are on their feet all day long. We spend a lot of time making sure the records are updated and the supplies are stocked up. It is honest, tiring work. The building itself is a bit older and shows some wear and tear, but that’s just because it gets used so heavily. You might notice a squeaky door or a floor that isn't perfectly level, but we keep the important stuff in good order. We don't really talk about missions or goals. We just focus on the person at the front desk or the patient in the room. When the evening traffic starts to pick up on the main road, we are usually still here, finishing the day's notes and getting ready for tomorrow.
