It’s a decent neighborhood to work in and quite peaceful compared to the city center. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of people in this specific building. It’s more of a local office where we handle the day-to-day stuff. We don't have any of those slogans you see in magazines. We just work. The building is functional and keeps the rain out. Some of us have been in Visakhapatnam all our lives. We like it here. There is no need for fancy talk when simple words do the job. If you come by, you'll see we are just regular people. We keep the files in order and make sure the phones are answered on time. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We don't make big promises or use marketing speak. We just show up on Monday and stay until the work is done. It’s a very practical way to spend the day. Marripalem is a good spot for us to stay focused. We don't need much else. The office is simple, the people are real, and we get the job finished. That's all there is to it for us.
