Larsen & Toubro

We are located over in Pedagantyada, which is part of the Gajuwaka area in Vizag. Specifically, our Larsen & Toubro team is in Vuda Colony at Flat No-F3, within the N.Ramkiran Hig 165 building. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not nearly as loud as the industrial parts of the city can be. We’ve been operating from this apartment-style office for a bit now. It feels a bit more personal than a standard commercial building. You have to climb a few stairs to get up to where we are. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down and not make too much of a mess in the common hallway. Gajuwaka is always growing, and being in Vizag-26 puts us right where we need to be for a lot of our local coordination work. The sea breeze sometimes reaches us, which is actually quite nice on the hotter days. Our space is pretty cramped with all the maps and project charts we have pinned to the walls. There’s a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea throughout the day. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it’s functional for us. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at blueprints. If you’re coming to see us, just look for the Vuda Colony signs. It’s easier to find than you might think. We like it here because it’s a bit away from the main road traffic.
