Our office in Bhavini Gardens is slightly set back from the main road, so it’s not too loud, but you still feel the energy of the city. It’s a decent sized space where we manage our various local projects. We don’t have a polished reception area or any of that corporate stuff. It’s just a place where the engineers and the office staff sit together and get things done. We have stacks of files everywhere and the printers are usually running. Sometimes we go out to the small tea stalls near the junction to take a quick break. It’s a very normal way to work. We don’t use any fancy business language. We just talk about what needs to be built and how we’re going to get it done. The Vizag weather can be quite humid, so the fans are always on high. Being at ITI Junction makes it really easy for our vendors and workers to find the office. It’s a central location that works well for us. We’ve been in this neighborhood for quite a while now and we like it here.
