Larsen & Toubro Limited

Larsen & Toubro Limited is based at Hig-165 in the Vuda Colony of Chinagantyda. This is in the Gajuwaka area of Vizag, Andhra Pradesh. We are located on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to find us. Gajuwaka is a busy industrial hub, but Vuda Colony is a bit more settled. The office is a standard layout that you would find in most residential colonies here. We have converted the space into a working area with all the necessary tools. There are shelves filled with project documents and drawers full of supplies. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the gate. The sea air from the Vizag coast sometimes reaches us, which is a nice change from the heat. We spend our days coordinating local projects and keeping the paperwork in order. The team usually sits around the main table to discuss what needs to happen next. It is not a formal environment. We talk like regular people and solve problems as they come up. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the nearby stall. It is a simple way of working that suits the local lifestyle. We are just a group of people trying to do our jobs well in this part of Vizag. The office serves its purpose without needing to be anything flashy or corporate. We just stick to the basics and get it done.
