Kites Junior College

Located on Pudimadakaroad in Visakhapatnam, Kites Junior College is where we spend most of our days. The address is Sy No 487-1, which is easy enough to find if you’re familiar with this side of town. It’s a place for students finishing their high school and looking to get through those two important years of junior college. The building is practical, designed for classes and not much else. We have the usual classrooms and a space for the students to gather during their free time. It can get quite warm here in Vizag, so we do what we can with fans and keeping the windows open for ventilation. The road outside can be a bit dusty sometimes with the vehicles passing by constantly. We see a lot of young faces every year, all trying to figure out their next steps in life. The teachers here are local people who’ve been teaching these subjects for a long time. We don't have a massive campus with stadiums or anything, just the essentials for learning. Most students bring their lunch from home and sit together during the break time. It’s a regular routine that we’ve followed for years. We open early in the morning and close up once the last class is done. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is just on getting through the syllabus and preparing for the final exams.
