Kamal Engineering Corporation

Our office is on the sixth floor, number 616, inside Antriksh Bhawan. It’s located at 22, Kasturba Gandhi Marg. Being in such a central part of the city means we’re surrounded by tall buildings and lots of traffic. Kamal Engineering Corporation has been in this building for a long time. The elevators are usually crowded, so we try to get in early to avoid the rush. From our windows, you can see the busy streets below and the people rushing to their own offices. Inside, it’s a typical workspace with desks, computers, and a lot of blueprints. We spend most of our day on the phone or working on designs. It’s not the quietest place, but we’ve learned to focus despite the noise from the hallway. There’s a small pantry where we make tea and talk about the weekend. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just have our work and the deadlines we need to meet. Sometimes we stay late when a project is particularly difficult. The building itself is quite famous in this area, so people never have trouble finding us. We’ve seen the city skyline change over the years from this very spot. It’s a professional environment, but we’re all just regular people trying to do a good job. We like the location because everything we need is within walking distance, even if the walk is through a lot of smog and noise.
