Kalams Institue Of Maths & Science (Kims)

We are located right across from the Judge Court near the Singh Hotel bus stop in Visakhapatnam. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the buses are dropping everyone off. Most people know the airport area well, so finding us isn't too hard. We started Kalams Institute of Maths & Science because there was a need for a local place where kids could just come and focus on their books. The building isn't anything fancy, just a couple of rooms where we keep our desks and some old blackboards. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but we usually just shut the windows and keep going. We spend most of our days here working through math problems and science chapters with the students. It’s a lot of sitting and writing. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Usually, you will just find one of us sitting at the main desk sorting through papers or talking to a parent who stopped by. We have been here for a while now and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but the Singh Hotel bus stop is still the main landmark everyone uses. It’s just a normal place where we try to get through the syllabus every year. We drink a lot of tea between sessions and talk about how the exams are coming up soon. It’s just how things go here every day for us.
