Ganesh Tutors

Ganesh Tutors is located in the Visakhapatnam Ho area, right in the heart of the city. It’s a very central spot which is why we stayed here. The building is one of those older ones where the hallways are a bit narrow and the stairs are made of stone. We have a couple of rooms that we’ve turned into study areas. There’s always a stack of old newspapers in the corner and a water cooler that makes a loud gurgling sound every few minutes. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us sitting at a wooden table. The neighborhood is always busy with people going to the post office or the nearby shops. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much but we just close the shutters. We’ve got some posters on the walls about different subjects but they’ve faded over time from the sun hitting them. Most of the time it’s just us and the students working through their books. We use a lot of paper and there are always pencil shavings on the floor by the end of the day. It’s a very basic setup but it works for us. We like the feeling of being right in the middle of the town. It feels like we are part of the daily life here in the city.
