This is Aditya College Of Competitive Exams in Asilmetta, Visakhapatnam. We’ve been here in the Asilmetta area for a good while. It’s a place for students who are trying to clear their entrance tests and get into government jobs or better colleges. The rooms are usually full of students with their heads down, studying hard. We have stacks of books and old question papers lying around everywhere. It’s not a fancy college with a big campus; it’s more like a series of study halls and classrooms. Sometimes the air conditioning works, sometimes it doesn’t. We just fix things as they break. It’s a practical place for serious students. We’re right in the middle of Visakhapatnam, easy to get to by bus. No mission statements or visions on the walls, just the class schedules and exam dates. We’ve been at this address for years and keep the routine going. We have coffee and tea for the staff in the back, and that’s about as fancy as it gets.
