Out here in Marripalem, specifically in the Green Gardens area of Visakhapatnam, things are a bit more relaxed. Skml Iit Home Tutions operates out of Door No 38-31-148. It is more of a personal setup than a big institute. We deal with students who are trying to get into engineering colleges, so the atmosphere is usually quite serious. Since it is a home-based thing, you won’t find any big neon signs or a fancy lobby. We just have a few rooms set up with enough light and some chairs. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is quiet, which helps when you are trying to figure out tough physics problems. Sometimes we go to the students' houses, and other times they come here. It depends on the day and the schedule we have worked out. The coastal weather in Vizag can get quite humid, so we usually have the fans running on full speed. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who know their subjects well. There is usually a pot of tea or coffee going in the kitchen. We spend a lot of time drawing diagrams on whatever paper we can find. It isn't a corporate setup at all. It is just a local place where we sit down and work through the syllabus one page at a time without any rush. We just use the space we have available.
