Francis Home Tuition & Tutorials is based in the CBM Compound area of Visakhapatnam. We are inside Akruthi Apartment, specifically at Door No 10-1-9/1. It is a residential building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big office block. We are right on Sampath Vinayaka Road, which most locals know well. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite the GRT Jewellers store. That’s a big landmark that everyone uses to find their way around here. The apartment has been our base for quite a few years. It is a place where students come in the afternoons and evenings for extra help with their school subjects. We have a few rooms set up with tables and chairs. It is a very homey atmosphere because it literally is an apartment. There is usually a bit of a breeze coming through the windows. The road outside can get quite busy in the evenings with shoppers going to the jewelry stores or the nearby temples. We like being in this part of town because it is safe and easy to get to for the families. There isn't any fancy signage, just the name on the door and the building entrance. We keep things simple and focus on the teaching part. Sometimes the doorbell rings constantly when parents come to pick up their kids. It’s a busy little spot but we managed to keep a good rhythm going over the years.
