Avk Junior College

AVK Junior College is right in Maganti Mansion. This is in the Jagadamba area of Visakhapatnam. It is a very busy part of town with a lot of shops and theaters nearby. The 530001 area is always full of people. Our college is inside a commercial building, so we don't have a big green campus. We have several rooms on different floors. It can get a bit loud with the traffic noise from the junction outside. We just close the windows and turn on the fans. The students are mostly local kids from Vizag. We've been here for quite some time now. The building is a bit old and the elevators can be slow, so we mostly use the stairs. We don't have any formal manifestos. We just open up the office, take the attendance, and start the classes. The staff room is tiny and always has a pot of tea on the go. We don't have a marketing team or professional photographers. We just take care of the students who show up. It's a very straightforward way to run a college. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and they know us. It’s a small community inside a big, noisy city. We just keep our heads down and do the work every single day. We don't need anything fancy to get the job done properly for the families who trust us.
