Andhra Coffee

You can find Andhra Coffee over at 37-1-316 on Trunk Road. It’s a straightforward spot and we don’t try to make it more than it is. Being on a main road like this means there’s a lot of dust and noise from the trucks going by. We spend a good portion of our time just sweeping the front and keeping things tidy. Inside, we have our equipment set up and it’s usually humming along. The heat can get pretty intense during the middle of the day, so we have the fans going full blast. It’s not a place with fancy decorations or anything. We have some bags of coffee stacked up and the counter where we handle everything. Most of the people who stop by are just passing through or live in the nearby blocks. We know a lot of the faces but names are harder to remember sometimes. We start early when the air is still a bit cool. There’s always a list of things to do, like checking the stock or cleaning the filters. Sometimes the water pressure isn't great, which makes things take longer than they should. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a simple operation and we like keeping it that way. No big frills, just us working on Trunk Road day after day. It’s a lot of repetitive work but it keeps us busy and the day goes by fast. We just keep our heads down and work.
