Our factory is located at Dno: 37-8-9 in Satya Nagar, which is right by the Industrial Estate Post in Visakhapatnam. This is where Pearl Bottling Pvt.Ltd does all its work. It’s a busy industrial area, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. Inside the plant, it is quite loud because of the machinery and the bottles clinking together. We have been operating in the 530007 area for quite some time now. It’s not a quiet office job; it’s hard work on the floor. We deal with the cleaning, filling, and packing of bottles all day long. The floor is usually wet and everyone is wearing their work gear. We aren't trying to look like a high-tech lab. It is a practical, gritty place where the job gets done. The staff is mostly from the local neighborhood around Satya Nagar. We know the machines and we know the routine. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the spot. It is just part of the daily life in a bottling plant. We focus on the output and making sure the crates are loaded correctly. There is a lot of sweat and effort that goes into every shift. We just keep the lines moving and make sure the deliveries are ready for the morning. It is a lot of manual labor but we are used to it.
