Ambedkar Junior College

This college is situated over in the Vadlapudi area of Visakhapatnam. We have been at this 30-36-3/2 address for a long time now. Ambedkar Junior College is where the older students come to finish their intermediate studies. It is a pretty simple building. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations, just the necessary classrooms and a place for the faculty to sit. The weather in Visakhapatnam can get really humid, so we try to keep the windows open for a breeze. Most of the students come from the surrounding neighborhoods like Vaddadi. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everyone’s attendance and making sure the exams go off without a hitch. We have a small administrative room where we handle the admissions and the fees. It can get a bit hectic during the start of the semester, but we get through it. The staff is local, and we all know each other well. We don't spend money on big advertisements or polished websites. Instead, we just focus on the daily routine of classes and lab work. Sometimes the water pump acts up, or we need to paint a wall, and we just handle it ourselves. It’s a practical place for students who just want to get their certificates and move on to the next thing. We’re just here doing our part in the community, working within the 531026 area code.
