We are located in Sagar Nagar, right across from St. James School in Yandada, Visakhapatnam. Our office is in Flat 101 at D.No.3-222-1. It is a bit of a change from being out in the middle of a field, but this is where we handle the technical side of agriculture. We focus on the science part of growing things, trying to figure out how to make plants stronger and the soil better. It is a small team of us here. The office is usually quiet, filled with papers and some basic testing kits. We are not a big laboratory with millions of dollars in equipment. We are just people who are interested in how things grow and want to help farmers get better results. Sometimes we spend the whole day looking at data, and other times we are out visiting farms to see things firsthand. It is an interesting mix of office work and field visits. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you just get one of us. We are just trying to bring a bit of modern knowledge to the traditional ways of farming. It is not always easy to explain to everyone, but we just keep working on it day by day. We hope the work we do here actually makes a real difference in the harvest.
