Suran College Of Nursing

Suran College Of Nursing is located in Pillayarkulam, just off Chatrapatti Road near Mottamalai in Rajapalayam. Our campus is in a bit of a quiet spot, which is good for the students who are trying to focus on their nursing studies. You can see the white uniforms of the students moving between the buildings all day long. It is a practical place where the focus is on learning the ropes of healthcare and getting through the clinical hours. The weather in this part of Tamil Nadu can be quite intense, so we have a lot of fans running in the classrooms and the dorms. We are not a very large college, so everyone tends to know everyone else, from the kitchen staff to the instructors. There is a lot of walking back and forth between the different blocks, and the road outside can get a bit dusty when the buses go by. We do not have a lot of extra trimmings; the money goes into the equipment and making sure the students have what they need for their practicals. It is a very grounded environment where the day starts early and ends late. Most of our students come from the surrounding districts, and they stay in the local area during their course. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the daily schedule is followed without too many hiccups or delays.
