Sng Girls Higher Secondary School

We are located at 90, Nadar Nandavanam Street in the town of Thiruthangal. This is a school specifically for girls, and it has been a part of this particular street for a very long time. The building is quite traditional in its design, featuring a large main gate and a fenced-in perimeter. Since it is a higher secondary school, we have a wide range of students, from the younger girls to those who are almost finished with their schooling. The street outside is fairly narrow, which can make things a bit difficult in the mornings and afternoons when everyone is arriving or leaving at the same time. You will see plenty of cycles parked outside and parents waiting around the gate. Inside the walls, the atmosphere is usually quite busy and full of energy. We have one large central hall where we gather for any special events or announcements. The classrooms themselves have large windows to let in the breeze, which is necessary since we only have ceiling fans to keep things cool. The teachers have their own small room at the back where they spend their breaks. We try to keep things as organized as possible, but with so many students in one building, it often feels a little chaotic. It is very much a local institution, and everyone in Thiruthangal knows where to find us. We do not do any marketing or advertising; we just continue to operate as a part of the daily life here. The furniture is old and a bit worn out, but it works just fine.
