Ramakrishna English Medium School

You can find us in the Green Space Building, which is Office No 2 on the Bolinj Agashi Road. We are located in Virar West, part of the Palghar district. It is a very busy area these days with all the new buildings going up and people moving in. Our school is an English medium one, so we teach all the regular subjects but in English. The building is right there on the main road, so it is easy for parents to drop their kids off on their way to work or the train station. We have several classrooms and a small office area where we handle all the paperwork. It gets quite crowded in the hallways when the bell rings and everyone is moving between classes. We are just a group of teachers and workers who want to make sure the kids in Virar have a place to go and learn. We do not have any fancy marketing people writing stuff for us. We just do the work, grade the papers, and talk to the parents when they have concerns. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather is bad and the commute is difficult, but we always show up. It is a practical place where the focus is just on the daily lessons. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a lot, but the school stays pretty much the same. We just keep going one day at a time.
