We are Thiru Aanai Farm Products Privatelimited. Our place is called Uha Illam, and it's located at No 318/6 in Mugaiyur village. This is part of the Chengalpattu area, quite a ways out from the main city buzz of Chennai. We are mostly focused on the things we can grow and sell from the land around here. The village is small, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We have a simple setup. It’s basically a house that we use for the office and storage. We spend our days coordinating with the local workers and making sure the farm products are being handled correctly. It’s not a high-tech operation by any means. We use what we have and try to make it work. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few hours, and we just have to wait it out or work by the windows. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just want to get the produce out of the village and into the hands of people who want good food. The commute into the city can be a pain, so we try to do as much as possible right here in Mugaiyur. It's a peaceful life for the most part, even with all the chores that need doing. We take things as they come and try to do an honest job.
