Vasavi Wedding & Event Planners is tucked away at House No 11-22-7 on R R Apparao Street. We are right in One Town, Vijayawada, which is always crowded and loud. It is near the Bharathi X-Ray building, so that is the best landmark to use if you are looking for us. Our office is a small space that stays pretty busy. There is usually a lot of tea being drunk while we talk to families about their wedding plans. One Town is the kind of place where you can find anything if you look hard enough, which helps us out. The streets are thin and the traffic is constant. We spend a lot of time on our scooters getting from one place to another. Planning weddings here means dealing with a lot of people and a lot of opinions. We have stacks of invitation samples and fabric swatches sitting on the shelves. It is not a polished showroom, just a functional place where we sit down and work. The fan is always running to beat the Vijayawada heat. We know the local vendors and the flower sellers around the corner. It is a lot of manual coordination and making sure people show up on time. We do not use big words or fancy presentations. We just talk to people and figure out what needs to be done for their big day. It is a bit chaotic but we like it.
