Ambica Catering And Event Organisers is based in Vijayawada, specifically at Door No 6-62 in Gayatri Nagar. We are located in the Penamaluru area, not too far from the famous Benz Circle. If you know the area, we are right beside the M5 Hotel. It’s a busy neighborhood and being near the hotel means there’s always something going on. Our place is usually full of the smells of whatever is being cooked for the day. It’s a very hands-on job. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or loading up the vans with equipment and food containers. There is always a bit of a mess with all the crates and supplies coming in, but we clean it up as we go. The Vijayawada heat can make the kitchen feel like an oven, so we are always moving around to stay cool. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll likely see us busy with prep work or washing up. It’s hard work and the hours can be very long, especially when there are big events on the weekends. We have a small team of local people who know how to handle the pressure. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just cook the food, pack it up, and get it to where it needs to be. It’s a plain, hardworking life here beside the M5 Hotel Benz Circle. We just try to get everything out on time.
