Tict Computers

Tict Computers operates out of Veerapaneni Plaza at the Patamata Centre Bunder Road Patama. This spot is right by the Patamata Centre Bunder Road, which is a very familiar part of town for anyone living in Vijayawada. Bunder Road is almost always packed with cars and bikes, making it a loud place. Our shop is up in the plaza, and it is a pretty standard space for a computer business. We have benches where we take apart machines and shelves filled with various components and spare parts. It is not the most spacious place, but we make it work for the tasks we have. Most days you will find one of us hunched over a laptop or talking to someone about a printer issue. We get a mix of business people from the nearby offices and residents from the local area. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps us see the small screws and connectors we are always working with. We keep a stash of components in the back that probably needs a good cleaning one of these days when we have a spare moment. There is no corporate manual here; we just handle things as they come and try to be helpful. If a repair is going to be expensive, we tell the customer straight out so they can decide what to do next. We have been at this location for a while now and enjoy the routine.
