We are located right in the middle of Patchameda Bazar in Krishnalanka. If you know Vijayawada, you know how crowded this area gets. Our shop is at D.No 41-20/2-9 and it’s usually packed with old monitors and tower cases we are working on. It’s a bit of a mess to be honest. There are wires running across the floor and parts sitting on every available shelf. We’ve been here for a good while now, dealing with all sorts of computer headaches. People come in with laptops that won't turn on or because they spilled tea on their keyboards. We spend most of our time hunched over desks with tiny screwdrivers. The bazaar outside is always loud, with horns honking and people shouting, but inside we just focus on the screens. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a front desk person. Usually, whoever isn't busy with a motherboard will look up and see what you need. It gets dusty because of the road work outside, so we are constantly wiping down the glass counters. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to come in from the bigger cities. It is just a small group of us here trying to keep things running for the locals who need their tech fixed. We drink a lot of coffee from the stall down the street while we wait for software to install. It’s a simple life in a busy market and we just keep the doors open daily.
