Rakesh Hair Saloon Gents Beauty Parlour

If you go down Lakulu Road in Ayyappa Nagar, you will find us right across from Swarna Bharathi School. Our shop is a gents beauty parlour and hair saloon. We have been at this D.No. 74-14-40/2 address for a while now. Being near a school means we see a lot of parents and kids, especially in the afternoons when classes are over. Vijayawada is a fast place, but in our shop, things move at their own pace. We do haircuts, shaves, and other grooming for men. The space is simple with just the essentials. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we think the work itself is what matters. The chairs are old but reliable. We know most of the people who live in this part of 520007. They come in for their regular trim and we talk about the local news or the weather. It’s a small operation. We open the doors early in the morning. Sometimes it’s quiet and we just sit and wait, other times everyone comes at once and it gets a bit hectic. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, we just handle everything ourselves. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’ve been part of this street for years and we like it here. People know they can just walk in and get what they need without any trouble or fuss. That is just how we run things every day.
