Ponnuru Jyothi Priya Srinivas

This is our small corner of Vijayawada, right in the 520001 postal code. It’s a family-run sort of thing, and we’ve been operating out of this same spot for a long time. My name is Ponnuru Jyothi Priya Srinivas, and I’m usually around most days. We don't have a massive team or a huge office with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get our tasks done. We deal with people from all over the city, and everyone has a different story. We like listening to them. Sometimes we spend more time talking than working, but I think that’s important for building trust. We aren't trying to be the biggest in town. We just want to do a job that we can be proud of at the end of the day. There are times when the paperwork piles up and we get a bit behind, but we always catch up. It’s just the nature of a small business. We don't use any fancy language or try to impress anyone with big words. We just explain things clearly and simply. If you come by, you might find us sharing a meal or just having a break. It's a friendly atmosphere, and we like to keep it that way. Vijayawada is our home, and we're glad to be here.
