N L C India Ltd. is based out here in Commom. It's a place we’ve called home for quite some time now. We don't really do the whole big corporate song and dance because that's just not who we are. It’s more about the actual work we do every single day. Sometimes the weather gets in the way or things don't go exactly as planned, but we just deal with it and move on to the next thing. The team here is small enough that everyone knows each other's names and even their coffee orders. We spend a lot of time just making sure things are running the way they should be. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do for a living. People around here know the name N L C India Ltd. and they know exactly where to find us in Commom. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big, shiny lobby. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. We get in early, do what needs to be done, and head home to our families. It's a simple life and we like it that way. We try to keep things honest and just do a decent job for anyone who comes our way. There’s always something to fix or a bit of paperwork to sort out at the end of the day. That's just the nature of the business. We’ve been here for years and we’ll probably be here for many more.
