You can find us over at Plot No. 28-15-18/1 on Chintha Vari Street. Arundalpet is a busy area, and our place fits right in with the rest of the shops. We spend a lot of our time working on calendars and different designs. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking dates and making sure the layouts aren't messy. The shop gets really packed when the new year is coming up. We have stacks of paper everywhere and the smell of ink is pretty strong. It’s just how it is when you’re in this line of work. Some days are slower, and we just sit around fixing old machines or tidying up the shelves. The building itself is nothing out of the ordinary, just a plain spot on a side street. We've had the same neighbors for years now. Sometimes we make mistakes on a proof and have to start all over, which is a real pain. It's just a few of us here doing the labor. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s more of a workshop feel than an office. We mostly worry about getting the colors right and making sure the binding holds up. People in Arundalpet know where to find us if they need something printed for their walls. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough to stay out of trouble. We just keep going.
