We’ve been here at Crombay Road for a while now. Most people in Bhavanipuram know the building at 4-572, it’s not hard to find if you’re walking down the main stretch. My family started this place because we just needed something to do and we knew the area well. It isn't a massive operation or anything fancy, just a regular spot where you can find what you need without a lot of fuss. I spend most of my mornings cleaning the front and checking what came in the day before. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets loud, but it keeps things interesting. We see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. You get to know what people like and what they don’t. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. Mostly people just stop by because they were passing through or their neighbor told them about us. The shelves aren't always perfectly lined up, and sometimes we run out of things, but we try to get them back in stock as soon as the truck arrives. It's a bit dusty sometimes with the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is around here. We just stay open until the evening and then do it all over again the next day. It’s a simple life running a business in this part of town. We just keep things moving along.
