Farmer

Farmer is based at 27-4-1/2(F2) over at the Tilothamma Hotel building on Thandankivari Street in Govermopet. It’s a bit of an unusual spot being in a hotel building, but it works for us. We are right in the heart of the Govermopet area. Things move fast around here. We deal with agricultural supplies and talk to folks coming in from the surrounding farms. It’s a small space, mostly filled with samples and notebooks where we keep track of everything. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It's just a few of us trying to make sure the local guys get what they need for their crops. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in. Thandankivari Street can get pretty jammed up with traffic, so we usually get here early to beat the rush. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the farming community. We know the cycles of the seasons and what people are looking for depending on the time of year. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us connected to the land, even though we are based in the city. If you need to find us, just ask for the Tilothamma Hotel, and we are right there in unit F2. We usually have some seeds or tools sitting around the office.
