We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at screens, so having a quieter environment helps. It’s an honest sort of place. We don't have a cafeteria or anything, so we usually bring our lunch from home and eat together. It’s just a small team of us out here in the rural mandalam, keeping things moving every day. It feels good to be a bit removed from the noise of the city.
