Gurusai Hair & Beauty Care

Our place is over at 58-2-18A on Panta Kaluva Road in Patamata. If you know the Baghayya Bazar area in Vijayawada, then you've probably passed by us many times. It’s a busy corner of the city, and we’ve been part of it for a while. We do both hair and beauty stuff, but we don't make a big fuss about it. It’s just practical care for the local people who live around here. The shop has a mix of smells, from hair tonics to the soaps we use. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit cramped when a whole family shows up at once, but we manage. I like the rhythm of the work, the sound of the clippers and the spray bottles. My wife helps out with some of the beauty treatments when the women come in. It’s a family-run kind of thing, really. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a front desk. You just walk in and we tell you how long the wait is. Usually, it's not more than fifteen minutes. The street outside is always full of bikes and people going to the market. We see the same faces every month, which is nice. It makes the day go faster when you can chat with a friend while cutting their hair. It’s nothing special, just a local shop doing what we know how to do best. We keep it honest and stay busy.
