We’ve been here on High School Road in Patamata for a while now. Ganesh Hair And Beauty Care is just a small place near RR Gardens. Every morning, I open up the shutters and watch the kids heading to school nearby. Vijayawada gets so hot, especially in the afternoons, so we try to keep the shop cool for whoever walks in. It’s not a big fancy place, just some chairs and mirrors and the usual tools. People from around the neighborhood stop by when they have a wedding or just need a trim. Sometimes it gets really busy on weekends and we have to tell people to wait a bit. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle hair and basic beauty stuff. I usually spend my time cleaning up the floor or organizing the bottles on the shelf. The address is 59A-21-20, and we are easy to find if you know where the gardens are. Most of our customers are folks who live right here in Patamata. They talk about their day while we work. It’s nice to hear the local gossip and what’s happening in the city. We don’t do much advertising because people just know we are here. If the lights are on, we are open. It’s a simple life running a shop on this road. We just focus on doing the job right so people come back next month. My cousin helps out sometimes when he's not busy.
