Devu Event Planner

We are based over in Purnachandra Nagar on Church Road, right near the Screw Bridge at Benz Circle. It’s a busy spot in Vijayawada, and we’ve been here at Door No 61-9/3-6A for a bit now. Devu Event Planner is mostly just us handling the practical side of putting a party together. We spend a lot of time driving around to different venues and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather in Vijayawada gets really sticky and hot. We have a lot of lists written down in notebooks because we don't always trust the phone to keep track of everything. The office is just a place where we keep our supplies and meet folks who want to plan an event. We don't do anything too complicated, just making sure the basics like seating and lights are sorted out. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting stuck in traffic or a light bulb burning out, but we just deal with it as it comes. We know the neighborhood around Benz Circle pretty well since we are always moving through it. It’s a lot of work to get a single event ready, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't have a big marketing team, just our own hands and some local helpers we call when things get busy.
