Balya Hospital For Children

Our hospital is located on Dornakal Road in Vijayawada, right near the Andhra Bank. It is a place specifically for kids, so you can imagine it gets a bit noisy during the day. There are usually drawings on the walls and maybe a few toys scattered around the waiting area to keep the little ones occupied while they wait. We see all kinds of situations here, from simple fevers and coughs to things that need a bit more attention. At Balya Hospital For Children, the days start early and often end quite late. The staff is used to dealing with crying babies and worried parents who just want to know why their child isn't sleeping. We don't have fancy decorations or a big marketing team. It’s just a medical building with some exam rooms and a small pharmacy area. We spend a lot of time talking to moms and dads about vitamins or how to get a toddler to take medicine. Sometimes the line at the bank nearby gets so long it spills out into the street, and we see it from our front window. Inside, we just keep going through the charts. The doctors move from room to room, and the nurses are always busy with something. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We handle the vaccinations and the checkups and try to make sure the kids aren't too scared. It is just a busy children's clinic in the middle of Vijayawada. We do what we can to help.
