Vijayeebhava Agro And Dairy Privatelimited is set up at Plot No 59 in the Amahalbagayt area, which is part of the KIADB industrial zone in Bijapur. We are located care of Raghavendra Kulkarni’s place. Being in Bijapur means we have to deal with some pretty intense heat during the summer months, but that’s just part of life here. Our work is split between agricultural supplies and dairy. It is a busy combination. The KIADB area is usually full of activity, with trucks moving in and out of the different plots all day long. Our space is mostly functional—we have room for some equipment and a small area where we handle the billing and the phone calls. We aren't a big corporate dairy with thousands of employees. It’s a smaller team, mostly locals who understand how the dairy business works in this part of Karnataka. We spend a lot of time making sure the milk is handled right and the agro side of things is moving along. Sometimes the machinery acts up or a delivery is late, and we just have to fix it on the fly. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a polished brand image. We just try to be reliable and keep the business growing at a steady pace. People in the area know us by name, and that’s usually enough to keep the work coming in.
