It is an industrial spot so there is always some noise from trucks or machines nearby. We don't mind it. Our work is all about the agro industry and making sure things get manufactured and moved correctly. The office is very basic. We have some desks, a few chairs, and lots of folders. It’s not a fancy place to visit but it’s where we get things done. We aren't trying to act like a big city company. We are just local people who know about farming and industry. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or checking on the work being done. It is practical and sometimes quite messy. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just focus on the job. If you drive down Solapurring Road you might see our gate. We’ve grown a little bit over the years but the way we work hasn't changed much. We just want to do a decent job for the people who rely on us. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning to night. Some of us have been here since the doors first opened. We just keep moving forward.
