We started Kalabhairavar Agro Yields Private Limited because we’ve been living in Sathuvachari for decades and know the land well. Our office is located at No 204 on 8th Cross Road, which is right off South Avenue Road in Phase 1. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular place where we keep our tools and some ledgers. Most days, you’ll find two or three of us sitting around discussing the latest harvest or how much rain we might get. The weather around here has been a bit unpredictable lately, so we spend a lot of time worrying about the yields. We handle a variety of local crops, and it’s mostly manual work. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just talk to the farmers nearby and figure out how to get their produce to the right places. The street can get a bit loud with scooters passing by all day, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. We’ve seen Phase 1 change a lot over the years, but the farming work stays pretty much the same. It involves a lot of dusty boots and early mornings. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet for hours. We just take it as it comes. It is a family-run kind of thing, and we don't plan on changing that. We just do our work honestly.
