The office isn’t huge, but it gets the job done. We spend most of the day on the phone, talking to parents and figuring out who needs help with what subject. There’s a lot of back and forth. The street outside is always full of people and rickshaws, so it’s never truly quiet. Inside, we have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of files stacked on the shelves. We don’t do any big advertisements, just a small sign out front. Most of our day is spent coordinating. We have a small kettle for making coffee when the afternoons get long. It’s a simple setup.
