Tulsi Food Products

We are tucked away at 3158/87/88 in Pan Vali Gali, right by the Chowk. If you have ever been to the Chowk, you know how narrow the galis can be and how much is going on at once. Tulsi Food Products operates from this spot, and it is definitely a tight squeeze sometimes. The air always smells like spices or whatever we are working on that day. It is a very old-school way of doing things, surrounded by other small shops and vendors. We don't have a big loading dock, so we have to move everything by hand through the lane. It’s a lot of sweat and hard work, but we are used to it. The walls are a bit worn, and the floors have seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. We aren't a big factory with robots; it’s just us using our hands and simple tools. People in the Gali know us well, and we often share a cup of tea with the neighbors when there is a break in the work. It’s noisy, crowded, and sometimes a bit chaotic, but it is our home. We just focus on making the food products as best as we can with what we have. It’s a simple life in a very busy part of the city, and we keep things moving even when the Chowk is completely packed with people.
