Travel Planner & Event Management

Travel Planner & Event Management is based in S-6/102 in the Kutchery area of Varanasi. We are located near Shahid Sports, which is a well-known spot for everyone around here. Our office is where we handle a mix of things, from booking trips for people to organizing local events. Varanasi is a city where everyone is always moving, and Kutchery is especially busy because of the courts and all the government offices nearby. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking train timings or talking to hotels. When we aren't doing travel stuff, we are usually planning a function or a meeting for someone. It’s not a fancy office with big leather chairs. It’s just a practical space where we can get things done. We know the roads and the ghats of this city very well, which helps when we are planning routes for visitors. Sometimes the traffic in Varanasi makes our jobs difficult, but we always find a way around it. We don't use big words or make huge promises. We just try to make sure that when someone asks us to plan something, it actually happens the way they wanted. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the small details aren't forgotten. We have been here long enough that we don't need a map to find our way around, and we like it that way.
